We connect to your Xero

You grant us read access to your accounting data. This is the same access your current accountant has. We start seeing your revenue, expenses, payroll, and cash position in real time.

We read your practice data

At Tier 3 and above, we read data from your practice management software (Dental4Windows or similar) using a lightweight agent running on your clinic server. We see appointments, recall status, and treatment plans. We never access clinical records or patient health information.

We send you what matters

No dashboard. No login. Intelligence is delivered to you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. You read it over coffee. You reply with one word if action is needed. That is it.

Your data, your control

We take security seriously. Here's what that means in plain English.

Read only

We look. We never touch.

Our access to your systems is read-only. We cannot change appointments or alter anything in your practice software. We read what is there and report on it. The one exception: at Tier 2 and above, we process transactions in Xero as part of your AP/AR workflow, but only with your explicit approval per transaction or per payment run.

No clinical data

Patient health records stay in your clinic.

We access appointment schedules, billing, and recall status. We never see clinical notes, X-rays, treatment records, or anything covered by health privacy laws.

Australian hosted

Your data stays in Australia.

All data is stored on servers in Sydney, Australia. Encrypted when stored, encrypted when transmitted. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act.

You are in control

Disconnect anytime. Your data is yours.

You can revoke access at any time. If you leave, we delete your data. There is no lock-in, no export fee, and no data held hostage.
